What makes Our Place cookware different from traditional pans?
Our products are designed for versatility and sustainability. Most of our cookware, like the Always Pan, is multifunctional—replacing up to eight traditional pieces of cookware. We use a proprietary ceramic non-stick coating that is free from PFOAs, PTFEs, other PFAS, lead, and cadmium.
How should I care for my ceramic non-stick coating?
To preserve the life of your pan, we recommend hand-washing with a soft sponge and warm soapy water once the pan has cooled completely. Avoid using metal utensils and high heat settings, as medium-low heat is sufficient for most cooking due to our superior heat distribution.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes between 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your kitchen essentials. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 100-day trial period. You can return or exchange your items within 100 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging. Please note that a small return shipping fee may apply.
Is the cookware compatible with induction stovetops?
Yes, our latest generations of the Always Pan and Perfect Pot are fully compatible with all cooktops, including induction, gas, and electric. Check the specific product details on the shop page to ensure compatibility for older models.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and select countries in the EU. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by region and will be calculated at checkout.
